FAQ'S
-
WHAT DO I WEAR TO MY BOOKING? - We suggest wearing skin coloured, seam-free undies, a nude strapless bra or pasties. PLEASE no fake tan or makeup, as this can be quite difficult to remove from dresses. Wear your hair up off of your beautiful face or bring a hair tie.
-
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY GARMENT TO BE MADE? - We work with multiple designers all over the world and every garment is hand made, so it will always depend on the intricacy of the garment. But a general time frame is up to 6-8 months. Rush Orders are available for brides in a hurry and they can be 8-12 weeks depending on the complexity of the design, for example a hand beaded bodice takes longer than a minimal slip dress.
-
DO YOU DO ALTERATIONS IN STORE? - Unfortunately no, as much as we would love to, we leave that to the professionals. We will give you recommendations to the most amazing people for alterations. Including Ilka and Sasshia Bride.
-
WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY APPOINTMENT? - We recommend to book in at a minimum 12 months before your wedding. Not every bride finds their perfect outfit in the first search so give yourself the gift of time by booking in early.
-
WHO CAN COME WITH ME TO MY APPOINTMENT? - As we are a private Studio there is no limit to how many guests you can have in store. This is also depending on the Covid Climate in Perth at the time. If there is ever restrictions we will advise you before your appointment.
-
DO YOU ACCEPT WALK IN'S? - We are appointment only. On the rare occasion we have no brides in store we can accept a walk in but we would prefer you book so you can get the full experience of trying on bridal wear with your closest friends.
-
WHAT SHOULD I BRING WITH ME TO MY APPOINTMENT? - Bring yourself, some friends and an open mind. We love to see pictures you have found online or any designs you like. We discuss what you want at the start of every appointment to make sure we find the perfect style!

DO YOU HAVE ANY TIPS TO NAIL MY APPOINTMENT? - 1 ; Put your hairstyle as close to what you want to wear on the day. 2 ; Bring heels to help see what height you will be on the day. 3; If you are nervous about your appointments go on a weekday as the atmosphere is calmer. 4; To avoid sales pressure let the assistant know you are not ready to purchase. 5; Ask for a "WILD CARD", something you never thought you would wear as you may surprise yourself. 6; Review online what is available for you to try on in store to make sure you actually like their designs.
